PARCEL is the standalone project and parcel intake workspace. After the user reviews and confirms the complete batch, it categorizes every approved parcel and creates a separate collision-safe project subfolder for each one. It preserves current and historical assessment evidence and, when sources provide it, may expose roughly 20 years of prior-owner and deed-reference leads. Those leads remain unverified navigation and cross-check evidence; TRACER independently verifies complete recorded instruments before any chain link can be relied upon.

Tax parcels, assessment records, sales and history rows, and provider touching results are starting-point evidence only. They do not prove ownership, chain of title, legal adjoinership, or a surveyed boundary. TRACER must verify the recorded instruments before a chain-of-title link is relied upon.
