DESCRIBE follows the selected boundary from the surveyor-selected Point of Beginning, course by course, while keeping supported drawing evidence, draft wording, and review items connected. It is built to write the way the office writes: per-surveyor profiles learn presentation and wording only from explicitly approved descriptions, and a one-time Learn My Plat setup in AutoCAD teaches it what every layer, linetype, and legend symbol means on that firm's plats - including the surveyor's own wording for unique features. From there the surveyor chooses how much the description says, from clean minimal calls to full callouts of crossings and nearby features, and an interactive review keeps every ambiguous item visible until it is resolved.

- A simplified drawing view beside the draft, with one-click jump to AutoCAD - the drawing comes to the front, zoomed to the same spot, with temporary highlights on the area in question
- An interactive Surveyor Review that blocks finish until every flagged item is resolved, producing a review draft in the surveyor's own document layout
- Standalone deterministic operation, with an enhanced LABEL workflow and LABEL lot-numbering batch descriptions in development
