DEED contains protected Deed Description and Plat subapps with separate processing state that meet only through reviewed merge and export artifacts. Its Android capture companion is being developed to support framing, lighting, and early readability feedback; canonical interpretation, candidate approval, deed facts, and geometry remain in the protected desktop workflow.

Professional boundary
Capture feedback, extraction, and preliminary drawing remain evidence aids. They do not approve legal text, title facts, survey geometry, or production CAD output, and the software never silently repairs a source call or forces closure.
